How to frugally renew yourself
Being a new mom is very demanding and can also be stressful if you don't take the time to renew yourself. It is very important to love yourself, to take care of yourself so that you can love and take care of others. This post is focused on how to frugally renew yourself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Personal development and growth are both crucial if you want to maintain happiness, motivation, and peace of mind.

How to frugally renew yourself:
§ Physically.
By eating better you will feel better! You can start your own vegetable kitchen garden, that way you save at the supermarket and will be eating
better at the same time. Exercising keeps you fit and healthy. It doesn’t
cost you anything to go for a walk, bike ride or even skip rope in the yard. I personally YouTube fun dance videos that helps you burn that extra fat while you enjoy a fun dance routine. Rest is also important! You don’t need to go to a spa, you can simply
slide into the tub at home or have a long hot shower with body scrubs and scented shower gels. I prefer the peppermint scented ones. It's soothing!
§ Emotionally.
Interacting socially with others allows you to make meaningful connections and
this can come back to a conversation with a coworker or even
scheduling in coffee and a chat with your mum or girlfriend once or twice a week. Socialization is necessary. Even if it's joining a fellowship class at your church once a week, it's healthy to be involved and have a friend to talk to.
§ Mentally.
Exercising and expanding your mind through learning, reading, writing and
teaching can be done frugally at your local library, being online or even by volunteering at
a school or retirement home to teach others a skill you may be taking for
granted. You can also volunteer for charity drives and give back to your community. It's both rewarding and heart-warming. Be of service to others, speak kindness. Help inspire others to improve someone's life.
§ Spiritually.
Spending time close to nature to expand your spiritual self if one way, another is through meditation,
music, art or prayer. This can also be done frugally by taking a quiet moment to center
yourself and empty your mind. A nature trail, walk in the park, a hike that encourages you to be grateful for the beauty of nature surrounding you, while giving you that alone time to appreciate all that you have and the life that was given to you.
