Get Organized with Meal Planning
Being a new mom is not only a strain on your time but on
your budget. You cut back on shopping for yourself and start thinking and
investing in the long term. I also cut back on buying lunch on a daily basis.
Trust me, you save so much when you prepare your own meals.
It can be stressful on mornings, trying to organize for day
care, work, doing breakfast and lunch… There is a lot going on, I know. What really
help is doing a meal plan every week. If you’re a Pinterest junky, like me,
search meal plans. Find meals that you’ll love, make a grocery list that fits
your budget and organize your meals for the week. That way, you already know
what you plan on having on Monday, Tuesday.. Etc. I also have a designated meal
per day, e.g. Taco Tuesday. It’s predictable
but stress free. (I’m trying to be healthier). ^.^
